我们大家都很忙！要开会、要见客户、要准备资料还有无数表格要填……我们都知道，这就是Wieden+Kennedy上海的风格不是吗？作品永远是第一位的！
但是在8月30日周一，工作是最后一位的。
星期一是我们暂别工作、释放压力的一天，是没有邮件也不用接电话的一天。这是我们大家一起乘着车去海滩发疯的一天。确实如此，我们扔了水球，建了沙堡，玩了很多游戏，最后在海滩上，围坐在篝火边，结束了快乐的一天。
这一整天里，巨大的乌云威胁着我们，似乎随时准备用暴雨浇灭我们的热情，但我们手拿冰镇啤酒，满不在乎地看着天空说：“来吧，鬼天气。这是夏闹2010！今天没有什么能阻止我们欢快！”

大家好，最新一期的《乱炖》又与大家见面了。《乱炖》是我们公司内部对中国社会和流行文化的月度报告。
我们制作《乱炖》的初衷很简单：我们广告人每天工作忙碌，很少有时间关注新闻、听广播或者阅读当地的报纸。我们中间其实有很多人并不来自中国，因而阅读当地的报纸显得不那么容易。
所以我们制作了《乱炖》，为在这里生活工作的人，为匆匆路过这里的人，也为那些未曾来过中国的人。然而，他们有这样一个共同点，就是他们对中国社会文化永不休止的变革充满好奇。
《乱炖》命名的灵感来自于中国东北的火锅，各式各样的菜肴和调料都一起在一个大锅里煮。“乱”意为混乱，这预示着所有的内容确实是交杂在一起的。这份报告主要由两部分组成：“中国掠影”和“中国流行”。“中国掠影”带你一瞥近期的社会事件，而“中国流行”则包含了当下中国的流行文化，从最新的电影到音乐专辑。
每期的《乱炖》都会由不同的设计师参与设计，《乱炖》使他们有充分的空间发挥创意。我们不会对他们作任何限制，所以你会发现每期的乱炖都会有截然不同的风格。

2010年7月17日我作为受邀艺术家参加在上海SOURCE举行的“Volcom x 中国先锋创意人丝网印刷工作坊活动”。本次活动由新茶锋潮(NeochaEDGE), IdleBeats 和 source 共同呈现，带来中西方顶尖创意人共同呈现两场丝网印刷的盛宴并届时发布Volcom在中国第一次的T恤合作计划。参与的的艺术家有Nini Sum，Jellymon，Elephant Xiang，Ca Zhuxi，Doras Meng. 每位背景不同的艺术家都创作了一系列以Volcom为灵感来源的作品并将在工作坊现场以手工丝印的方式展现。

上周五我们的VJ团队完成了第二次DMC中国区选拔赛的视效表演。这次的VJ团队依旧囊括了我们的最佳阵容Francis, Morris以及Leal，另外还有新成员Aaron的加入。
在去年的演出中汲取了丰富的经验，并且经过这一年的成长，我们的作品更成熟、更有看头。
最后，当然还是要感谢一下Grace和Flora的大力协助以及观众们的好品味。

一年一度的DMC世界DJ大赛中国区总决赛，将于今晚在上海芷江梦工厂举行。DMC是唱盘艺术界的最高赛事，每年将会有来自世界各国的冠军代表自己的国家前往英国伦敦参加世界总决赛，为了世界第一的称号与荣誉。今年中国区决赛也将开打，15位来自中国各地的参赛选手将为了仅此一个可前往英国伦敦的名额而展开激烈的厮杀，让我们拭目以待。
W+K作为每年的赞助商也将倾囊而出，不仅负责了这次的海报和传单设计，大赛当天还会派出W+K VJ团队的Francis, Morris, Leal, Aaron来负责当天的视觉动画，保证带给你全方位的感官享受。

植物总让人们为之惊叹，并给人类提供衣食住行。这些只是千万敦煌和青海湖植物中的很小一部分。一路旅行，一路收集他们。我收集的第一个植物是被昆虫啃食而留下很多空洞的叶片。他们给我的第一印象不是被虫蛀病怏怏毫无生气的东西，相反是一种另类的美好，残缺而完整。吸引我的还有这些植物不是想象那么脆弱，是在很严酷的自然下都很好生存着。被制成标本的一刻起，它们逃离了原本生老病死的宿命，随着时间没有消逝，而被完整得保留了下来，成为旅行的最好纪念。
