上海电子艺术节是全球规模最大的电子艺术节。本次艺术节举办在全国最具活力、最有前瞻性的城市——上海，并集中展示了在电子艺术领域最富才华的全球艺术家的作品。快节奏的城市生活常使人们感到寂寞，无助和疏离。这是“城市化风景”中的一种普遍现象，同时也是2008年上海电子艺术节的主题。
为深入阐释这一都市现象，Wieden+Kennedy上海和上海青然广告有限公司（Super Nature Design）在艺术节上联合打造了“兔子乐园”城市互动项目，通过一系列创新的互动交流方式，“兔子乐园”用色彩与笑容温暖这座城市的大街小巷。

W+K上海的总监刘峰，无意间看到一条关于中国某偏远省份一个正在玩口技的当地镇民录像时，他发现这是他见过的技巧最高超的口技，必须将它拍成一部影片。于是一部纪录片应运而生，它讲述了三个延边的年轻口技爱好者为支持英国口技传奇人物Killa Kela不远千里来到北京与上海的故事。这部不以品牌为出发点的独立影片开始在电影节巡展上崭露头角，无疑成了W+K倡导做自己热衷项目的最佳典范。
